"I feel compelled to write about the wonderful and caring treatment I received at your practice on Monday, May 7th, 2012.  I came to your office in a frenzied state with my 2 children, as my daughter slammed her pinky in the door jam of our front door.  She was screaming, he was screaming, and it was a very hectic scene.  Nancy came to help us right away and Dr. John looked at the finger and said we needed to go to the ER.  Nancy saw how upset we all were, and how frantic I was, and ended up helping me all the way to the Hoboken Emergency Room.  She helped me buckle my kids in the car, drove with me to the parking lot and walked me all the way into the emergency room.  Nancy went beyond the call of duty that day and that really means a lot to me.  [I have been with your practice since November 2011.]  I have been very pleased with the care at your practice, and Nancy's behavior on Monday proved that I continue to make the right choice when taking my kids to Riverside Pediatrics.  Please thank Nancy again on my behalf.  We should all be as lucky to have someone like her caring for us."
